Find a comfortable, warm and relaxing place to sit or lie back. Place the eye pillow gently over your eyes (or over your forehead if preferred). Beathe gently and slowly and allow the lavender scent to relax and soothe you. If you wish, the lavender eye pillow can also be used as a cold compress. Simply remove the outer pillowcase and place the eye pillow into a sealed plastic bag. Pop it into the freezer to cool and chill for up to 30 minutes. Then remove and use.
You can also warm the eye pillow as a little bit of extra help to soothe tired eyes. Just pop it in the microwave for no more than 30 seconds and then remove, and use with care.
The outer pillowcase is removable. It can be machine washed at 30°C.
